2 Units Roadshow Truck to Kenya
2 units customized mobile roadshow exhibition trucks delivered to Kenya

In January 2026, we completed the delivery of 2 highly customized mobile roadshow trucks to a leading marketing agency in Nairobi, Kenya. These specialized vehicles serve as mobile exhibition and promotional platforms, allowing brands to reach audiences across Kenya's urban centers and rural communities in ways that traditional advertising cannot achieve.
The Kenya customer is a leading experiential marketing company that organizes mobile brand activations, product launches, community engagement events, and educational campaigns throughout East Africa. They required custom-built roadshow trucks that could function as fully equipped mobile event venues while being road-legal for highway travel across Kenya and into neighboring countries.
We converted standard HOWO 4x2 cargo trucks into impressive mobile roadshow platforms at our specialized conversion facility in Jinan. Each truck features a hydraulic expandable stage system that transforms the vehicle into a 60-square-meter presentation area within 15 minutes of setup. The sides hydraulically open to reveal large-format LED display screens, professional sound systems, and branded display panels that can be customized for each client's campaign.
The interior is fitted with premium finishes including non-slip flooring, LED lighting systems, air conditioning for comfort during Kenya's warm days, and multimedia presentation equipment including projectors and wireless microphones. A built-in 15kVA generator provides independent power supply, enabling events in locations without grid electricity — essential for rural areas where most of Kenya's population lives. The trucks are equipped with WiFi routers and mobile data connectivity to support live streaming and social media integration during events.
Our customization team worked closely with the customer over 3 months to design, prototype, and refine the roadshow trucks according to their exact specifications. We handled all structural modifications, electrical installations, hydraulic system integration, and interior fit-outs, with the customer visiting our facility twice during the build process for progress reviews.
The trucks were shipped to Mombasa Port and cleared through Kenyan customs with our assistance, including KEBS (Kenya Bureau of Standards) conformity documentation. Since deployment in early 2026, they have been used for successful marketing campaigns for major consumer brands across Kenya, generating significant media attention and consumer engagement in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru. This roadshow truck project demonstrates our capability to deliver highly customized special-purpose vehicles beyond standard truck configurations.
