What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For regular customers and large orders, we can discuss L/C at sight or flexible payment schedules.
What documents do you provide for customs clearance?
Full document set includes: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, CCC certificate (for Chinese vehicles), and export license. We can assist with COO (Certificate of Origin) and other specific documents required by your country.
How is the truck shipped to our port?
For complete trucks: RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping or container loading (40HC/FR). For SKD/CKD: Flat rack container. We handle port loading, lashing, and securing. Shipment photos and videos are provided before departure.
