The CE marking is a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA). For heavy transport equipment, CE certification involves rigorous testing and evaluation of structural integrity, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, and safety features.
The Certification Process
The certification process, which took eight months to complete, involved several comprehensive evaluations:
Structural Testing: Finite element analysis and physical load testing confirmed that our modular trailer modules can safely handle rated loads up to 30 tons per axle line. Tests included static load testing, fatigue testing, and dynamic load simulation.
Hydraulic System Evaluation: The hydraulic suspension, steering, and lifting systems underwent extensive testing to verify compliance with EU machinery directive requirements. This included pressure testing, emergency lowering procedures, and fail-safe system verification.
Electronic Control Assessment: The CAN-BUS control system and safety electronics were evaluated for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), functional safety, and reliability under various operating conditions.
Quality Management Audit: Our production facility underwent a comprehensive audit of quality management processes, welding procedures, material traceability, and non-destructive testing protocols.
