During the 2026 Canton Fair, our booth attracted numerous international clients from Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
The 2026 Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) proved to be an extraordinary success for HOWO Special Truck Sales, as our booth welcomed hundreds of international visitors from over 30 countries. Held at the prestigious China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, this year's spring session brought unprecedented traffic to our exhibition space.
Our booth, strategically located in the Machinery and Vehicles Hall, featured an impressive display of HOWO heavy-duty trucks including the latest NX series dump trucks, T7H tractor heads, and specialized tanker vehicles. Visitors were particularly impressed with our live product demonstrations and the detailed technical presentations delivered by our engineering team.
Key Highlights From the 2026 Canton Fair
Throughout the five-day event, we conducted over 150 face-to-face meetings with prospective buyers from Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. The African delegation showed particularly strong interest in our mining-spec dump trucks and long-haul tractor units, with representatives from Ghana, Senegal, Tanzania, and the Democratic Republic of Congo expressing immediate purchase intentions.
Our newly launched HOWO NX series attracted significant attention from Middle Eastern buyers, especially customers from Saudi Arabia and the UAE who were impressed by the advanced Euro 5 engine technology and enhanced cabin comfort features. Several on-the-spot negotiations resulted in preliminary agreements worth over $2.5 million.
Product Demonstrations and Technical Presentations
Our team organized daily product demonstrations showcasing the superior performance of HOWO trucks. The 371HP dump truck demonstration, featuring a full-load tipping test, drew crowds of onlookers who were amazed by the smooth hydraulic operation and robust build quality. Meanwhile, our technical seminars on truck maintenance and spare parts management were standing-room-only events.
The live video feed from our Jinan factory, showing the production line and quality control processes, provided visitors with unprecedented transparency into our manufacturing capabilities. Many customers commented that this level of openness set us apart from other suppliers at the fair.
New Partnerships and Business Agreements
The fair resulted in 12 signed purchase agreements and 28 memorandums of understanding. Major deals included a 20-unit tractor truck order from a Nigerian logistics company, a 15-unit dump truck fleet order from a mining operation in Peru, and a strategic partnership agreement with a major distributor in the Philippines.
We also established three new exclusive distributorship agreements covering West Africa, East Africa, and Central Asia regions. These partnerships will significantly expand our global reach and improve local after-sales support for our growing international customer base.
