The 3 Axle Fence Cargo Trailer 60 Ton is a versatile enclosed-body semi-trailer designed for general cargo transport, agricultural produce haulage, livestock movement, and palletized goods distribution. With removable side fence posts and optional tarpaulin cover, this fence cargo trailer adapts to diverse cargo types while providing secure containment and weather protection.

The 13-meter cargo bed is constructed from high-strength Q345B steel with a 3mm checked floor plate rated for forklift loading. Removable steel tube fence posts (600mm height) slot into reinforced pockets along the side rails, creating a secure enclosure for loose cargo, bagged goods, and agricultural products. Posts can be individually removed for side loading or completely removed to convert the trailer into a flatbed platform.

An optional PVC tarpaulin system with aluminum bows provides complete weather protection for sensitive cargo. The tarpaulin covers the full length and height of the fence enclosure, secured with ratchet straps and buckle fasteners. This dual-mode capability — open fence or covered van — maximizes trailer utilization across different cargo types and weather conditions.

Three BPW 13-ton axles with parabolic leaf spring suspension provide a smooth ride for fragile cargo. The WABCO ABS+EBS braking system ensures safe stopping. The reinforced main beam (500mm height with 14mm/16mm flanges) supports the 60-ton rated payload — accommodating 24 Euro pallets, 1,200 bags of rice, or 40 tons of bagged cement.

The JOST 2-inch kingpin and A400 landing gear provide reliable coupling with all major tractor brands. The 24V electrical system with LED lighting ensures visibility and safety during night operations. Side and rear reflective markings enhance conspicuity on highways.
